Why should I use WebRetouchPRO? I’ve been getting by accepting photos in emails and through Dropbox, and getting paid by check, cash and money orders in the mail, and sending PayPal money requests.
Well, if all you want to do is get by, then you’re probably just fine. But if you’re ready to take your business to the next level, WebRetouchPRO can help you do just that. By organizing your business, eliminating miscommunication, handling all payments and delivery of photos to clients, and keeping a history of every step of the retouching process, WebRetouchPRO frees you up to do what you do best – retouch photos.
Are there any long term contracts?
No. Pay only for the storage you need, and only for the length of time that you need it.
How easy is it to cancel?
Cancel any time by simply contacting us. Cancellation is effective immediately, no need to give advanced notice.
How much does it cost?
WebRetouchPRO can be tailored to your business, both in look, feel and price. Your business’ individual cost will come down to the integration options you choose and the fixed monthly fee for photo uploads. Please see Pricing for more details.
I just started my business, how can you help me grow?
You can use WebRetouchPRO for FREE if your monthly volume is less than 10 photos. This way you only pay if your business is big enough to afford the monthly fee. Please see Pricing for more details.
How long are my photos stored on your server?
Your photos are archived automatically after 3 months from upload. Your have the option to extend this period for an additional fee. See Pricing for more details.
Can WebRetouchPRO integrate with my existing website?
Yes. There are several options for integration, and we would be delighted to help you find just the right option for your business. See Integration for more details.
Do I need to have an existing website?
No. We will be happy to create a unique custom website for you. See Integration for more details.
Can I use my own domain name with WebRetouchPRO?
Yes. If you don’t already have one, we encourage you to register your own domain name. You can also use a subdomain under WebRetouchPRO.com for free. For example, myretouchingbusiness.WebRetouchPRO.com.
Can I accept credit cards through WebRetouchPRO?
Yes. Your clients can pay with a credit card or PayPal account.
Do customers need to have PayPal accounts to pay online?
No. They can pay by credit card immediately just like with any other credit card payment gateway.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to receive payment online?
Yes. In order to receive payments online you need to have a business PayPal account with API enabled. Opening a business PayPal account is free.
Is there any transaction fee for online payment?
Yes. Visit PayPal.com to see their transaction fees. WebRetouchPRO receives no monetary compensation from, and is not affiliated with, PayPal in any way. If you want to avoid PayPal’s transaction fees, you can accept payment offline and manually mark the order as ‘paid’ in your Administrator Platform.
Do you store my client’s credit card information?
No. WebRetouchPRO does not handle or store any credit card information. We use PayPal to capture and process sensitive information securely and directly. No credit card information is captured by WebRetouchPRO directly.
Will WebRetouchPRO sell or use any of my client’s information?
No. You are in possession of all the information you collect on your site. WebRetouchPRO will never sell or use customer information.
What are the system requirements for using WebRetouchPRO?
WebRetouchPRO is a hosted service. All you need is an up-to-date web browser, and we’ll take care of hosting and maintaining the site, as well as any necessary software upgrades.
Does WebRetouchPRO work in my country?
Currently we are accepting retouchers from the United States only. If you are in another country, let us know that you’re interested in WebRetouchPRO. We will keep you updated the next time we expand our territory!
Is my data safe?
Yes. We have very strict security and backup policies. Our servers are hosted in a state-of-the art datacenter, and all data is backed up every 24 hours to an offline location.

I need help configuring WebRetouchPRO!
No problem. WebRetouchPRO is incredibly flexible, and can be configured to meet your business’ needs! From setting up your PayPal account to configuring your workflow, we’re here to help.
Is there a way to undo a change I made to an order or photo?
Yes. There is a ‘revert’ button that allows you to return a photo to a previous state in its history.
I’d like to customize the text in WebRetouchPRO. Is there a way to do that?
Yes. Every single word you see on the screen is customizable. Just let us know what you would like to see and we will replace it for you.
